Melrose Abbey

The owner had a dream and would stop at nothing until it came true. This project is a complete renovation of a historic church into a wedding venue in Westport, complete with bridal and groom suites, a lower level reception hall, bar, and a gorgeous open auditorium. The HVAC ductwork had to be discretely placed so as to not interfere with the open architecture. Due to the older building construction, the project required a new dedicated utility transformer and brand new electrical service in order to provide enough power to heat and cool the building when it mattered on wedding day.
