Our Team

We're Jason Reynolds and Ben Hollon, Principals of Imprint Design + Engineering. As Kansas City natives, we've spent a collective 30 years in the MEP consulting engineering world, tackling hundreds of diverse and challenging projects across the country. In 2024 we took our diverse strengths and founded our own MEP consulting engineering firm.

Jason's expertise lies in electrical and lighting design, where his keen eye for detail fuels creative solutions. Ben specializes in HVAC and plumbing systems design, prioritizing practicality and cost-effectiveness. Both are licensed Professional Engineers in multiple states.

Beyond engineering, Jason enjoys family time, cycling, Chiefs football, and fun dining experiences. Ben's passions include family, frisbee sports, craft breweries, and BBQ.
